The Laptop AMC includes preventive hardware checks, software troubleshooting, OS reinstallation, virus removal, driver updates, and limited on-site support visits — all for a fixed annual fee.
How many on-site visits are included?

Individual plan includes 2 on-site visits per year. Small Office and Corporate plans include unlimited visits within the SLA framework at no extra charge.
Do you provide emergency support?

Yes. Office and Corporate plan holders receive emergency support within 2–4 hours. Individual plan holders can request emergency support at a nominal additional charge.
Is hardware repair and replacement included?

Labour for hardware repair is included. Spare parts are charged at cost price only — no markup. You’ll always be notified before any parts are ordered.
Do you support MacBooks and Windows laptops?

Yes. We support both macOS (MacBook Air & Pro) and all Windows-based laptops including Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, and more.
What is the average response time?

Our standard SLA is 4 hours for Office clients and 6 hours for Individual clients. Corporate clients get 2-hour priority response. Remote assistance often begins within 30 minutes.
Do you provide remote support?

Absolutely. Remote support via secure screen-sharing tools is included in all plans at no extra cost, often resolving issues without a physical visit.
What happens if a part needs replacement?

We’ll diagnose and inform you of the required part, source it at the best available price, and install it. You pay only for the part — labour is fully covered under your AMC.
Is networking and Wi-Fi support included?

Networking support is included in Small Office and Corporate plans. This covers routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and LAN cabling troubleshooting.
Do you support CCTV systems?

Yes, CCTV maintenance is included in Small Office and Corporate AMC plans, covering DVR/NVR systems, camera cleaning, and remote access setup.
Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. Plan upgrades are pro-rated — you pay only the difference for the remaining contract period. Contact our team to process an upgrade anytime.
